WHERE TO LIVE

When you apply, you’ll be able to register with the Resonance Housing Scheme in association with Your Move, Student Spareroom and Dudley Council.

We’re developing a hall of residence close to Cable Plaza, the Resonance campus. Unfortunately the COVID-19 situation caused major disruption to the building industry and the hall of residence will not be available for the start of the 2020-21 academic year.

You’ll still have several options – including your own room in a family home, sharing a house or your own studio flat – all within a 45-minute walk of Cable Plaza.

The average cost is between £345 to £450 per month, payable from mid-September to the end of July. This is payable in advance by standing order.

Housing is allocated around the end of August/start of September, when you have signed a contract with your landlord. Once this has been agreed, all communication and co-ordination of arrival times is between you and your landlord.
