What to expect at our Open Days

At our Newman University Open Days, you will meet staff and students, find out detailed information about the course(s) you’re interested in and explore our campus including our on-site accommodation.

You can attend talks and activities and get a feel for Newman University life. All subjects hold drop-in sessions where you have the opportunity to talk to lecturers.

We also have a range of presentations, which take place throughout the day, including:

• Welcome to Newman University – find out about our unique approach to learning at Newman
• Student finance – an explanation for how student loans work and how to finance your degree
• Student life – the chance to listen to current students’ discuss their experiences of studying here
• International opportunities – available to students at Newman
• Graduate careers and employability – further information about the careers support on offer
