Hands-on learning

Employability is at the forefront of all our courses and that is why all our learning facilities are designed to immerse you in real-world situations. Our facilities include a trading floor, moot room (courtroom), flight simulator, harrier jet, operating theatre, hospital wards, TV studio and more. Talent Team

The Talent Team – our in-house professional careers support service - is there for you from enrolment to graduation and beyond. It provides dedicated careers support tailored to your chosen subject to help you develop a competitive edge. The Talent Team aim to build your confidence, enhance your CV and provide access to graduate placements and jobs.

Student support

We’re here to help with a broad range of services and tools, as and when you need them. Our dedicated Student Engagement Team can help you before you arrive, while you settle in and then throughout your studies. Sigma is our service for all your maths and statistics support, while the Centre for Academic Writing can provide advice and guidance on writing for assignments, essays, dissertations and more.

Success coaches 

You will have access to a success coach as soon as you enrol onto your course. They will help you make the most out of your university experience — whether you need help managing your studies, developing your skills, or just someone to talk to.   

Global opportunities

We encourage all our students to embark on their own adventures, whether it’s learning a new language, field trips or working or studying abroad. These global experiences allow you to gain important skills that will help you stand out from the crowd.

Club and societies

Our sports clubs range from football, netball and rugby to taekwondo, snowboarding and e-sports. We also have an elite performance programme for our top clubs and athletes. Societies cover culture, performance, music, literature, politics, skills, networking, academia and more. If you have a passion or interest, it’s more than likely that there is a society for it or, if not, you can always start your own.

When you enrol at Coventry University, you automatically become a member of ‘Your Students' Union’ and gain access to a year-round programme of events, campaigns, support, representation, advice, and personal development.
