The University of Greenwich has three campuses each housing modern teaching and learning facilities.

Greenwich Campus

The university’s library and academic building on Stockwell Street, in the heart of Greenwich, includes hi-tech, state-of-the-art film, TV and sound studios, seminar rooms, lecture theatres, open presentation spaces, as well as a café, exhibition and gallery spaces. It also boasts one of Europe’s largest teaching and learning 'green roof' landscapes.

Cooper Building is home to the Students’ Union and to social facilities including Bar Latitude, while the campus has its own restaurant, café and coffee bars. A £25 million project is underway to convert the Dreadnought Building into a central hub for students with learning, teaching and social spaces.


Avery Hill Campus

The campus houses modern teaching, living and sporting facilities, including computing and laboratory equipment and lecture theatres. Sports play an important part in student life, and the campus has high-quality amenities for tennis, rugby, football and cricket. The student village complex includes the campus’s halls of residence, while The Dome has a popular food outlet and a gym.

The campus has a sports and teaching centre with a multi-purpose sports hall and clinical skills laboratories for use by trainee health professionals. Sparrows Farm includes a students’ bar and entertainment facilities.


Medway Campus

The university’s campus in Chatham Maritime, Kent consists of ivy-clad Edwardian redbrick buildings that are home to high-tech laboratories in science, engineering, pharmacy and natural resources.

The campus also has halls of residence, two cafes and a sports hall. Some facilities, including the large Drill Hall Library, are shared with the University of Kent and Canterbury Christ Church University. A £4.6 million student centre is set to open in September 2016, this will house a café/bar, entertainment and social activity space.
