Study one of our degree programmes and get the best of both worlds. As well as access to our facilities you'll also be able to use those at the University of Greenwich sites in Greenwich, Avery Hill and Medway.
Unlike a lot of universities, we've structured our degree programmes so that you are able to work part-time whilst studying. Instead of spreading your lectures and tutorials across five days, we've tried to condense it into just two days, thereby giving you the opportunity to earn some additional money and gain extra experience.
The Learning Resource Centre (LRC) will play a central part in your student life, providing you with the resources you need to make the most of your studies. It contains over 20,000 specialist resources - including traditional print and electronic books - along with an online catalogue for quick browsing. All students are welcomed to the LRC at the start of their programme with tutorials and information available throughout the year.
Situated in the middle of the campus, Hadlow Union Bar is strictly for students aged 18+ and provides the perfect place to relax and meet with friends. Throughout lunchtime the bar operates as a cafe serving sandwiches, freshly made coffee and soft drinks and, from 4pm, there is a full bar service with draught beers and cider alongside spirits and soft drinks. Regular entertainment is also organised.
Get a healthy body and a healthy mind. All students are able to use the on-site gym - the Wellness Hub - to stay in shape. Within the gym there's a range of cardio-vascular machines (such as treadmills, exercise bikes and rowing machines) along with weight training facilities.
Once your studies are over for the day, you may fancy venturing off campus and exploring some of the amazing Kent countryside. Our Grove Farm accommodation complex is located close to a number of public rights of way with lots of different habitats and species present. Further afield you may want to visit some of the towns and cities for shopping, entertainment and that occasional meal out. London is just 40 minutes away by train from Tonbridge station.
