Accommodation

Aside from your course of study, where you choose to live will probably be one of the most important decisions you make. Edge Hill is committed to providing the best possible student experience and was recently voted best accommodation in the UK and Ireland and best value for money (National Student Housing Awards 2019). We provide almost 2,500 single-study bedrooms divided across seven areas on campus. All have shared dining and kitchen facilities and free Wi-Fi. Our halls of residence are at the heart of our vibrant on-campus community, providing a safe environment in which new students can live, study and socialise – you can be sure of a warm welcome, with everything you need just a few minutes’ walk from your room.

We currently guarantee a place in our halls of residence to all new first-year undergraduate students from the UK and EU. All halls of residence are offered on a 40-week contract basis, running from September to late June.
