In recent years DMU has invested more than £260 million in facilities, ranging from industry-level equipment, studio spaces, learning zones and a first-class library, to modern accommodation and a wide range of recreational amenities. A further £136 million is being invested in an ambitious campus transformation to provide students with a high-quality learning environment.
The Faculty of Business and Law is based within the purpose built £35 million Hugh Aston building, combining modern facilities with IT labs, student suites, learning zones, a bookshop and a café. Law students benefit from a dedicated law environment, including a mock court room, client interviewing room and an integrated law library. Accounting, finance and economics students will have access to the same information as leading decision makers in finance, business and government through professional Bloomberg software, bringing the real world of finance into the classroom.
