Specialising in degree programmes for careers in the rural sector, including animal conservation, agriculture, commercial horticulture, equestrian studies and garden design, University Centre Hadlow has excellent facilities to support its high quality teaching.
All of the degree programmes are designed to give students the real-life skills they will need upon graduation. Our strong links with industry, research opportunities with leading companies and the practical nature of many of our programmes, means students stand out as “instantly employable” when they leave. In 2016, 90% of the completing students progressed into work or further study within six months of finishing.
Our smaller class-sizes mean that you will have a more personal student experience with one-to-one contact time with your tutor, but still achieve a recognised university degree through our links with the University of Greenwich.
There is more to us than ‘just’ studying though. We encourage all of our students to try new and exciting activities through the Student Union. These include sports teams, events within Garrad House Bar, and a range of clubs and interest groups. Our location close to Tonbridge and Maidstone also means there is plenty happening in the local area.
